As is mentioned throughout our site Preserved Natural Botanical Wreaths and Products are not meant for use in outdoor or humid areas.  When exposed to these types of environments the product may discolor walls, doors or furnishings.  Wreaths4you cannot be responsible for damage caused by humid or outdoor enviroments.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If for any reason, other than what is listed above in our disclaimer, you are not happy with your product you may return it with no questions asked. We will not charge you a restocking fee but will charge you the freight for both outbound and inbound based on our listed freight and handling charges.  Upon return and approved inspection from quality control we will credit your for the purchase price not including freight.  You have 5 days from receipt of the product to request an return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
